Course Objective

The basic principles of the Turkish Commercial Law, concepts, trade partnerships and to explain the general provisions negotiable instruments

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students will be able to explain the fundemental concepts and institutions related to a commercial enterprise
2   Students will be able to teach the basic principles of the commercial law
3   Students will be able to solve the legal problems occuring in the commercial life
4   Students will be able to provide the execution of the commercial activities making use of he body of current law
5   Students will be able to design an effective and useful business activity benefiting from the legal rules
