Course Objective

The aim of this course is to introduce key ideas, actors and concepts of politics with a special focus on politics of food.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Learning ideas actors and concepts of politics with a special focus on politics of food
2   Determining politics of famine,hunger, population growth, the politics of high food prices issues in context of food politics
3   Learning green revolution, farm subsidies, local and organic food trade.
4   Comprehending food safety, GMO and world food systems.
