Course Objective

Introducing by the social responsibility and business ethics concepts and approaches and to gain a certain attitude and behavior in terms of human resource practices.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To introduce the concepts of moral and ethics.
2   Comparing approaches of business morality and ethics.
3   To teach approach of business ethics.
4   To gain an ethical attitude and behaviour.
5   To gain sense of social responsability.
6   Interiorising the concept of individual and corporate social responsibility.

10 Social Responsibilities of institutions-Health, Safety.
11 Social Responsibilities of institutions-Sustainability and Environment
