Course Objective

It is aimed to introduce students characteristics, principales and rules ofLabor Law. By the help of this education, students will be able to immobilize the situation (due diligence) encountered all kind of Labor law matters. Also by expalining main characteristics of employment contract it is aimed to recognize the legal problems encountered in work-life and to provide students solve this cases by the help of their knowledge

1   Being able to define labor law concepts
2   Being able to comprehend the principles of labor law and actual inequality in general
3   Being able to analyse triple labor relations and understand their diferences
4   Being able to comprehend the general rules related to the work conditions
5   Being able to examine and solve problemes related to Labor law matters in the light of the decisions of the Supreme Court faced in working life
6   Being able to use knowledge related to labour law regulations
