Course Objective

European Union Budget Systems, practices and policies, and of the accumulation of knowledge about the increasing capabilities of students

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Will the main concepts and theoretical definition of the state budget and the EU budget.
2   Explain and classify Between the functions of classic and modern state budget and the EU budget.
3   Know how the current regulations regarding the state budget can be applied: The case of the budget of the European Union and European countries.
4   Experience, compare and analyze the budget systems of the European Union
5   Have learned about the powers and responsibilities of institutions and persons acting in implementing the budget.
6   Comment on the functioning of the butget and fiscal policy process by establishing the cause-result.

2 Concept of budget and development budget law in the same story to the European Union.
3 Applications functioned classic and modern budget.
4 Budgetary principles and theories regarding the budget-balancing application of the European Union (EU).
5 Budgetary principles, application to the European Union and member countries of the Union.
6 Violating principles of budgetary practices.
7 Traditional budgetary system
8 Mid-term exam
9 Modern budget systems: Economic and Budget Budgets investment and fiscal system based on performance.
10 Budget systems applied to the European Union and member countries of the Union.
11 Preparation of the budget of the EU and member countries of the Union, Approval and implementation of the budget of the European Union.
12 Budget process and control the execution-the Court of Auditors of the EU.
13 Fiscal policies of the European Union.
14 Final
