Course Objective

Lecture aims to get financial law department graduate students have
information on the scientific works of the students at the dissertation stage advisor, transfer of good manners and experiences to provide students with the scientific ethic and discipline, current literature regarding theses issuesin order to follow new developments, and to gain the evaluate and discuss ability.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to interpret, develop and use these skills over the financial law matters and thesis and acquired information about the level of expertise.
2   Access the information sought information and skills.
3   To synthesize the information gathered is related to the study and analyze and interpret informations.
4   Collection of data related to the study and evaluation them to oversee the publication of scientific and ethical values in the process.
5   To organize method to solve a problem on the thesis. Besides, getting ability to develop, implement and ability to evaluate the results.
6   Using research methods, improving skills, developing new approaches and taking responsibility to solve The problems faced in the practice of the thesis.
7   Improve the ability of transfer via oral and visual skills about the current developments on student s own thesis and informations related to their thesis.
