Course Objective

At the end of this course, students will have knowledge of developments in History of Education, with comprehending Philosophical and Historical Fundamentals of Education, from the beginning until today.

1   To comprehend relation of philosophical movements with education.
2   To explain relations between Philosophy and Education.
3   To comprehend viewpoints of main movements of philosophy of education about education.
4   To comprehend important stages of transformation about historical development of idea of education.
