Course Objective

Give information on the application of the public bid legislation and practice, to analyze the problems encountered and the solutions to stand on.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Know the structure of the legal tender.
2   International law has information about the tender.
3   Knows the basic characteristics of public contracts.
4   Public procurement procedures, and implementation phases knows.
5   Advocacy of public procurement procedures and methods.
6   The tender will analyze administrative sanctions law.
