Course Objective

The establish of fiscal dicipline has importance by the economic policies goals. Fiscal
indicipline due to gap between public revenues and expenditures is the serious problem
for economi and fiscal structure of a country. many of developed and emerging countries
do enforcement some sort of fiscal rules that accordance with law and constitutional
framework. Within the course, basic theorical approach of the financial rules will be
studied and analized comparatively by the country cases.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To provide information about the definition of fiscal approach rules, history and basi features
2   To understand the factors what lay the groundwork to formation of the fiscal rules
3   Analizing the reasons and results of fiscal indicipline
4   Comprehence the importance fiscal rules to provide fiscal dicipline
5   Evaluate and argue the succes and failures of fiscal rules by the country cases
