Course Objective

The aim of the course is preparing photographic works for project and project preparation, arranging of photographs in various print sizes. Conventional and today s exhibition techniques, works to create suitable exhibition design for the exhibition space will be done. Managing appropriate time, space and method to be exhibited. Methods of creating appropriate photography exhibition in subject and aim at national and international art festivals.

1   To Understand the importance of the selection of photo projects
2   To be able to create a photo exhibition project
3   To have ability to use digital photography technology and equipment
4   . To have knowledge of placing artworks in exhibition areas
5   Having the necessary equipment knowledge to prepare a photo exhibition

1 Selecting the project theme
2 Creating a project theme and determining the appropriate display method for the project
3 Preparatory information before the exhibition (adaptation of the project subject to the place)
4 Adapting the exhibition space and the project theme
5 Determination of the printing method of the project and printing preliminary studies
6 Selection criteria of photography to be exhibited and selection stage studies
7 Work to be done during the printing phase of photographs to be exhibited
8 Work to be done during the printing phase of photographs to be exhibited

10 Evaluation of photo prints before exhibition

12 Preparations for organizing the exhibition area in accordance with the project theme

This lesson aims to be able to create a photographic exhibition by selecting the exhibition medium and location within the framework of preparing and organizing photo exhibitions and applying the necessary exhibition techniques and methods in selected exhibition areas.
