Course Objective

The aim of this course is to examine main topics in relation to communication such as nonverbal communication, questioning, listening, reflecting, explaining and negotiation skills

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to describe basic principles of communication and communication skills.
2   Being able to describe basic nonverbal communication skills
3   Being able to describe basic questioning techniques and it s functions in interpersonal communication process
4   Being able to describe basic listening techniques and it s functions in interpersonal communication process.
5   Being able to describe basic reflecting techniques and it s functions in interpersonal communication process
6   Being able to describe basic explaining techniques and it s functions in interpersonal communication process.
7   Being able to describe basic negotiating techniques and it s functions in interpersonal communication process
