Course Objective

To provide the students with the basic knowledge on foreign trade, to teach the methods and documentation used in the phases of foreign trade transactions

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To define the basic concepts related to foreign trade 2   To list the methods and documentation used in the phases of foreign trade transactions 3   To recognize the documentation used in foreign trade 4   To describe the types of finance in foreign trade 5   To envisage the possible problems and risks that may arise in foreign trade transactions and to provide suggestions for the resolution of problems on the basis of case studies
