Course Objective

Increasing the student s review the capabilities of savings about the Budget Systems and Policy.

1   Development of the concept of the right to information about the budget and the budget has in western countries.
2   Budget principles, functions and systems of information regarding the owner. In this context, make assessments.
3   Discuss a variety of budgetary policy around economic approaches.
4   Provide information on budgetary policies in developed and developing countries, can be analyzed.
5   Budget process and evaluate the policies of the European Union.
6   Budget principles, functions and systems of information regarding the owner. In this context, make assessments.
7   Acquire sufficient level of knowledge about legal basis of the budget process.
