Course Objective

To teach influencing process of the economy by Instruments of monetary policy used by central banks, the importance of the independence of central banks, the central bank's balance sheet analysis and interpretation

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Understand the role and importance of Central Banks in the economy.
2   Learn the duty and powers of the Bank in the Central Bank Act context
3   Identify and evaluate the independence of the central bank
4   To evaluate the central bank's monetary policy tools
5   To be able to Learn and analyze the accounts of the central bank balance sheet
