Course Objective

The aim of the course is to provide the students with the knowledge of the technical features of heavy equipment machines, energy saving methods, problem solving, safe use rules and regulations about heavy equipment operators.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Having sufficient technical knowledge about backhoe loaders and excavators. 2   Having sufficient technical knowledge about dozers and graders. 3   Understanding the problem and developing solution approaches in heavy equipment machines 4   Knowing the issues of the use of heavy equipment machines 5   Knowing the regulations about heavy equipment machines and heavy equipment operators.
