Course Objective

This will include the basic concepts used in the acquisition of communication skills for individuals with hearing impairment, and the approaches and methods used to gain communication skills.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Organize instructional settings for the hearing impaired.
2   Describe the language and speech disorders of children with hearing impairment and give suggestions for teachers.
3   Discuss teaching techniques in Language and Speech Disorders. They explain development of language and speech according to developmental periods.
