Profile of the Programme

Key Learning Outcomes

1   The student has the professional and up-to-date knowledge in order to carry out the surgical nurse roles based on post graduate competencies, and develops this knowledge.

3   The student uses the theoretical and practical knowledge acquired in the field of surgical nursing.
4   The student integrates her/his knowledge in the field of surgical nursing with knowledge from different disciplinary and analyses, synthesizes, interprets this knowledge to create new information
5   The student conducts a planned study aiming to determine and solve the issues in the field of health.
6   The student uses technological devices including computer and other specific health devices at an advance level and carries out the necessary reviews and develops solutions
7   The student has life-long learning skill.
8   The student analyses the basic nursing concepts of human, health, environment and nursing
9   The student carries out patient care by knowing patient physiopathology.
10   The student carries out inter-disciplinary and intra-disciplinary team collaboration by using proper communication techniques
