Course Objective

Coruse's purpose is to educate the lawyers who can assess the legal status of foreigners that started to increase in recent years in our country and solve these problems that arise in this sense.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   to explain and know the rules that arrange the legal status of foreigners and concepts and principle in this regard.
2   to explain and know hierarchical place and application of international arrangements in Turkish law.
3   to understand and apply the logic of the solution of legal issues related to legal status of foreigners.
4   to assess and classify the rights and freedoms of foreigners in various asspects.
5   to explain and know the scope of rights and freedoms of foreigners.
