Course Objective

The aim of the course is to learn the basic concepts related to occupational health and safety and to examine the problems related to occupational health and safety by evaluating the legislation, teaching and judicial decisions.

3   Learning the Occupational Health and Safety Law No. 6331 and legal concepts
