Course Objective

In this course, students are aimed to gain knowledge, skills and competence about adult psychology; learning in adults; adult education theories; the attitudes of adults towards innovation; resistance to change; principles in adult education; knowledge for adults; planning and execution of training programs related to information technologies.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to describe the psychology and learning processes of adult individuals.
2   To be able to explain adult education theories.
3   To be able to analyze the resistance of adults to change.
4   To be able to understand the characteristics of information technology for adults.
5   To be able to describe the process of designing and executive training programs for adult education.
