Course Objective

In order to preserve public order, it is essential to punish acts that disrupt public order. The course aims to evaluate the acts and sanctions that disrupt public order

1   1- Being able to be equipped with general information about the concept, birth and development of public service
2   2- Being able to comprehend and interpret the establishment and abolition of public service.
3   3- Being able to recognize the public service authorities and their distribution of duties.
4   4- Being able to analyze the principles of the execution of public services.
5   5- Being able to comprehend the unilateral and bilateral delivery of public services.
