Course Objective

The objective of this course is to develop the knowledge and skills of reading architectural projects, expressing architectural design concepts, representing architectural projects in various scales and two and three dimensional drawing and presentation techniques through theory and practice.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To define different scales of architectural graphic expression
2   Toecognise various representation techniques of architectural graphic expression
3   To indicate architectural design data via two and three dimensional representation techniques of architectural graphic expression
4   To nalyze architectural projects presented in different scales
5   To present architectural design in various scales and various two and three dimensional graphic expression techniques

Final exam (% 35): Final exam will be held (or portfolio/assignment submission if necessary) at the end of the semester.

In face-to-face education format, all the necessary course materials, tools and equipment must be set in all lectures. Attendance to the course is compulsory.
Assignments should be submitted on announced time and method. Late and irregular submissions will be subject to a reduced evaluation.
Portfolios are evaluated considering in-class activities and assignments.
Scientific and professional ethics is essential. Plagiarism will be taken in action regarding discipline regularities.
