Course Objective

In this course, it is aimed to enable students to realize the principles of quality management in health and nursing services and their reflection on nursing services, learn the quality devices and analyses, make a correlation between quality standarts and quality indicators, discuss the quality studies and obstacles in health systems of our country.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   The student can examine the principles of total quality and constant quality recruitment in health and nursing services.
2   2. The student can explain ISO ve accreditation standarts.
3   3. The student can make a correlation between the institutional culture, leadership, motivation and participation and participation and quality.
4   4. The student can recognize measurement in quality and statistical analyses.
5   5. The student can make a correlation between quality standarts and quality indicators.
6   6. The student can discuss the quality studies and obstacles in health systems of our country.
