7   Be able to critically evaluates the published literature in the field of cancer research and adapt their own applications

6 Methods of tissue homogenization, centrifugation and separation of cellular fractions
7 Colorimetric methods, photometric methods, spectrophotometric methods of analysis
8 Microscopy techniques
9 Protein purification and determination methods
10 Electrophoretic techniques
11 Cancer-specific immunological methods
12 Introduction to Cancer Cell Culture
13 Overview of molecular diagnostic systems for cancer
14 Introduction to techniques of DNA and RNA analysis and sample preparation
15 Overview of the different PCR techniques, the use of electrophoretic DNA analysis techniques in cancer research

2. The learner will clearly apply analysis methods of cancer laboratory practices.
3. The learner will assignments LO4, LO6, making the presentation and homework.
4. The learner will recognize LO1, LO2, LO3, LO7; will evaluate with homework, prepared presentations by themselves and exam.
