Course Objective

This course aims to provide an in-depth knowledge of industrial psychology. In this course, the psychosocial problems encountered by the employees at the workplace and the management of these problems, health problems that may arise as a result of these problems and the methods of intervention that can be applied for these problems are aimed to be informed.
