Course Objective

The aim of this course is to make an introduction to clinical psychology field and to inform about assesment tools used in clinical psychology and psychotherapy process and results, and various psychotherapy. In addition, some areas associated with the clinical psychology will be introduced and ethics in clinical psychology and the future of clinical psychology will be examined.

1   Be able to keep in mind requirements of clinical psychology education
2   Be able to list the responsibilities of clinical psychologists
3   Be able to critically discuss on the theoretical approaches in clinical psychology
4   Be able to explain the relations of associated other areas and clinical psychology
5   Be able to remember the outcomes of efficacy studies on psychotherapy
6   Be able to give example about assessment methos used in clinical psychology
7   Be able to remember the clinical interventions used in clinical psychology
8   Be able to fundemantal ethical principals of clinical psychology
