Course Objective |
The duties and functions in parallel with an increase in the state's economy, budgets are expanding in volume and composition. In this context, according to the state's social preferences to produce public goods and services, the rational and efficient use of resources depends. This is the most advanced techniques in the preparation of budgets and lead to better use. Advances in techniques for the understanding of the state budget to change substantially depending on the budget implementation requires consideration of a more comprehensive manner. The aim of this course is the budget systems showed an improvement from past to present, and in what direction the applications of these techniques in terms of the budget should be used to demonstrate and evaluate what. |
