Course Objective

Writing a feature film script.

1   Be able to write a feature film script.
2   Know the techniques of screen layout
3   Be able to express time, space, definition and other descriptions
4   Learn the techniques of screenwriting.
5   Know how to express sound, music, effects and shooting-angle scales where it is necessary to support to dramatic sense

Assessment Criteria

As this is an applied course, the student is followed and expected to improve his/her script. His/her participation in discussions during classes, comments and suggestions about/for other scripts are evaluated.

It s compulsory for the students to attend the 80% of the courses.
The students need to come to classes having done the necessary written works about their scripts.
The works are read, criticized and analyzed in the class. The students have to participate in these discussions.
