Course Objective

This objective of this course is to examine the main characteristics of utopian literature and to analyze the selected texts comparatively.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   At the end of this course, the students will be able; To distinguish the main manifestations of utopian literature.
2   To determine the relation between utopia and politics.
3   To analyze the main strategies of utopian literature.
4   To compare the different kinds of utopia.
5   To develop their critical worldview.
