Course Objective

Reviewing existing studies and applications from the past to the present to have appropriate information for approaches training the mathematics teacher, to integrate practical skills and theoretical knowledge.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to recognize and determine the components of the knowledge types that teachers should have.
2   To be able to determine the qualifications required of teachers of mathematics
3   To examine and interpret the models put forward related to subject matter and pedagogical content knowledge by different researchers
4   Examining models related to mathematics teacher training in our country, and in developed countries, review and interpret
5   To be able to design and interpret a model to cultivate a teacher of mathematics appropriate to age
