Developing and using skills in motivation of sport and exercise for candidates of Ph.D students

1   1. To understand and use of basic concepts and knowledge related to motivation in sport and exercise.
2   2. To understand and use of skills related to motivation, goal setting, perception of competence, self-efficacy and mastery in exercise and sport.
3   3. To understand and use of skills related to motivation and perception of control in exercise and sport.
4   4. To understand and use of skills related to achievement motivation and needs in exercise and sport.
5   5. To understand and use of skills related to motivation and courage in exercise and sport.

7 Perception of mastery, self-efficacy and comptence motivation
8 Midterm Exam
9 Intrincis motivation, extrinsic motivation and amotivation. Theories and models.
10 Perception of control and motivation.
11 Human needs and motivation in sport and exercise
12 Direk and indirect motivation in sport and exercise
13 Achievement motivation in sport and exercise.
