Course Objective

This course aims to improve the pysical qualifications needed like good condition, flexibility and to increase pysical awareness.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Students who succesfully complete this course should be able to: increase the physical ability and have the sufficient technic and theoric knowledge.
2   Awareness of the body in accordance with the physical and the use of anatomically correct onset
3   With the help of a different rhythm patterns rhythmic movement axis of the body structure of the grip and start using this structure,
4   discover how to use their bodies for expressing theirselves and accordingly build up skills.
5   to have information about the physical ability and have the sufficient technic, different and contemporary methods.

1- It s obligatory to attend %80 of the course
2- Student can t enter the class after the course begins.
3- For participation sportswear and sports shoes are obligatory.
4- During the class improper behaviors are ended with the send off of the student.
5- Being absent in the presentation day is equal to have no presentation.
