Course Objective

The aim of this course is to learn the normal development, structure and functions of the components of the central nervous system.

In the first 3 years block-end and year-end assessments are done and the student success was evaluated on a yearly basis as an annual grade out of 100.

Year-end grade = Block-end exam (84%) + PBL score (16%)
Year-end grade 80 and above = Annual grade 80 and above = exempt from the final exam = Successful
Year-end grade below 80: Year-end grade (50%) + Final exam (50%) = Annual grade 65 and above = Successful
Year-end grade (50%) + Resit exam (50%) = Annual grade 65 and above = Successful
