Course Objective

To understand of microbial cell biology, cell energy metabolism, microbial genetics, interaction and impact of microorganisms and humans, antibiotics and chemotherapy, genetic engineering and biotechnology, interactions and impact of microorganism it the environment, microbial evolution, microbial diversity.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   have knowledge about various aspects of prokaryotic cells and viruses in detail. 2   have experience with laboratory techniques. 3   discus several current topics in microbiology with his/her classmates.
