: To gain knowledge about necessary mechanisms for food synthesis of plants.

1   : Diagnose nutrient deficiency symptoms in some crop plants.
2   Describe how soil and plant tissue analysis are performed.
3   Evaluate nutrient status of soil and other growth media and nutrient demand of crops.
