Course Objective

Objective of this course is to enable university students to raise public awareness, to become even more sensitive and conscious to community problems, to acquire ability that will decrease the precision on social events through producing specific projects aimed at social problems and that can set an example to the next generations by increasing this sensitivity, and in this context to improve their abilities of establishing empathy, showing tolerance and organization.

1   To be able to identify current problems of the society
2   To be able to create solutions for current problems of the society
3   To be able to prepare activities concerning social problems
4   To be able to apply community service practices at schools
5   To be able to establish empathy with persons who have different qualities in the society where they live
6   To be able to take active role, being conscious for social responsibilites, in projects and studies (researches) which are conducted in social context
7   To be able to make team work on a project given.
