Course Objective

The aim of this course is to create awareness of the prospective teachers studying at the Department of Computer Education and Instructional Technology regarding the importance of social services, and by spotting the major problems of the society they prepare projects to solve them.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to define the concepts of volunteerism and community services
2   To be able to state the contributions of volunteerism and community services to the society in which they live in
3   To be able to state the contributions of volunteerism and community services to their own personal development
4   To be able to know the types of projects that can be done in the name of community services
5   To be able to evaluate various projects that were done in the name of community services
