Course Objective

With contrastive approach describing the phonological, morphological and syntactic properties of French, revealing the methods to express the grammatical categories of those languages (tense, aspect, mode, person, number, etc). Introduction to the linguistic typology.

1   Learning the specific/similar properties of Turkish and French in phonological, morphological, syntactic platforms
2   Learning the specific/similar properties of Turkish and French in phonological, morphological, syntactic platforms
3   Comprehension the typological features of those two languages
4   Understanding the unity and the diversity of natural languages and their general operations by starting from the differences and the similarities between those two languages
5   Presenting the principles of the language typology
