Course Objective

To learn adolescent and adult development and psychology.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To explain the basic concept of human development, principles and theories. 2   Recognize individuals according to their developmental period. 3   To differentiate developmental disorders. 4   Ability to transfer knowledge of developmental psychology professional life. 5   The basis of the developmental characteristics and psychological counseling services.

Week Subject Description 1 Content of developmental psychology, basic concepts, 2 Theories of development , 3 Theories of adulthood , 4 Theories of Aging , 5 Development principles and development tasks , 6 Physical Development, 7 Cognitive Development, 8 Midterm 9 Moral development (Piaget and Kohlberg's moral development theories), 10 Emotional Development, 11 Sexual Development , 12 Social Development, 13 Self and personality development, 14 Developmental Problems. 15 Final exam.
