Course Objective

The purpose of this lecture is, to teach the judicial power to the students, to introduce the judicial bodies and the persons participating the judicial procedures.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to introduce the Turkish Judicial system shematically
2   Being able to express the duries and the competence of the judicial bodies
3   Being able to know the judicial persons participating the judicial procedures
4   Being able to know the seperation of powers
5   Being able to relate the powers
6   Being able to know abourt the fair trail principle and its basic elements
7   Being able to understand the working system and the relationships of the judicial bodies

8 Regional Courts of Justice and the Court of Appeals
9 Rogatory, The Duty and Competence Rules
10 Rogatory, The Duty and Competence Rules and the results of the breach of this rules
11 Judicial persons, the rules of the judicial persons and their rights and authorities.
12 Officers of the court houses
13 Midterm
