Course Objective

The purpose of this crime is to present how the criminal law interfere to the social life.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to express the signifigance and the deprt of the relationship between the criminal law and the philosophy
2   Being able to comprehend that the main requirement to solve the problems of the criminal law is to recognize the human being as an alliance of values
3   Being able to determine the philosifical bacround of the main principles of the criminal law and the discussions at this area
4   Being able to digest the intellectual development of the criminal law
5   Being able to associate the normative legislations related to the criminal law with the fundamental rights

1 The relationship between the criminal law philosofy and the other philosofy disciplines
2 The problem of value in the criminal law
3 The terms figure and human dignity in criminal law
4 The term of criminal justice and its relationship with the purpose of penalization
5 The criminal law philosophs of the first and middle ages and their contribution to the criminal law philosophy
6 The criminal law philosophs of the new and modern ages and their contribution to the criminal law philosophy
7 The signifigance of considering an act as an offence or not for the relationship of the individuals-society and government
8 The term will and its position in the criminal law
9 The conflict of modernism-postmodernism and its effects to the basic framework of the criminal law
10 The problem of "marginalisation" in the criminal law and the term of adversalial criminal law
11 The term of democratic criminal law, its meaning and the purpose
12 The main problems of the criminal law within the frame of the feministic law theories
13 The term of post-humanism and its relation with the criminal law
