Defining the concept of human rights, disclosure of the historical development and theoretical underpinnings of human rights,evaluation of the system regard to the protection of human rights in the context of domestic law and the ECHR

3 The basic principles of human rights law
4 Protection of human rights in domestic law
5 The nature and limitation of fundamental rights and freedoms under domestic law regime
6 National and international governmental bodies and institutions related to human rights
7 Remedies through the channel of human rights boards
8 Application area of the ECHR
9 Protection of human rights in the context of the ECHR
10 Tasks of the ECHR
11 The fulfillment of the decisions of ECHR in domestic law
12 Responsibility of administration for violations of human rights
13 MIdterm exam
