Course Objective

It is intented that transfer of the legal nature of budget; that is public expenditures branches of public financy by addressing the economic and legal aspects, the nature of the budget, the basic principles of extraction procedures, implementation and control.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   To be able to explain budget law with legal concepts
2   To be able to interpret the basic principles, extraction procedures and control of the budget
3   To be able to express the legal nature of the stages of the implementation of the budget
4   To be able to interpret the concepts of budget control and budget trial
5   To be able to analyze problems arising in the implementation of the budget as a result
