Course Objective

This course analyses special provisions of Turkish Criminal Code. This course objective is to teach of basic crime types' aspect forms of crime general theory knowledge that is learned in second year of law faculty. In addition other objective of this course is discussing of it's structural elements with their special features.

1   To learn structural elements of international crimes.
2   To determine structural elements of crimes against life and bodily integrity.
3   To determine stuctural elements of sexual crimes.
4   To determine stuctural elements of crimes against assets.
5   To determine stuctural elements of crimes against public security.
6   To determine stuctural elements of crimes against public administration.
7   To determine stuctural elements of crimes against the credibility of the public administration
