Course Objective

A sistematic presentation of a private law dispute, from take an action till validity of a verdict with basic principles of civil procedure law and presentation of alternative dispute resolution methods.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Ability to explain the basic concepts and foundations of civil procedure law.
2   Ability to determine the civil procedure law rules to be applied to a dispute.
3   Ability to propose mediation or state judgement or any other dispute resolution methods for dispute resolution.
4   Ability to explain the principles of occupational ethics.
5   Ability to implement the civil procedure rules from take an action till validity of verdict .
6   Ability to implement procedural action in the consideration of fundamental rights and principles in constitution like right to a fair trial to resolve a dispute subject to a judgment.
