Course Objective

To give information about the freedom of mass communication and the offenses related to the freedom of mass communication, to analyze specially the press offences and the internet crimes.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Being able to express the mass communication and the freedom of mass communication.
2   Being able to concept the constitutional regulations of the freedom of mass communication and the requirements of the limitation of this freedom.
3   Being able to rank dedicately press offences and the protection measures of these offences.
4   Being able to express the internet crimes and the internet regime.
5   Being able to concept the internet crimes in the Turkish Law system
