Course Objective

Separation of the process of the administration's unilateral and multilateral, the elements of the contract, seperation of the administration's administrative contracts and private law contracts, types of administrative contracts, disputes arising from administrative contracts, these disputes are subject to the legal regime, the birth of the concept of the public procurement contract, legal regime is subject to public procurement contract, private legal persons of public services contracts made by the hand techniques are used as a method of, the rights and obligations of the administration and the entity of private law on administration contracts, termination of administration contracts, examine the methods of judicial and arbitration.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Distinguish between the concepts of administration, contract administration with a one-sided process
2   Ability to explain the types of contract of the administration and they are subject to the legal regime
3   Ability to separate of the administration's administrative contracts and private law contracts
4   Ability to explain the difference between BOT contracts and public concession contracts
5   Ability to evaluate its own legal regime is subject to public procurement contract
6   Ability to determine the judicial branch, which should be consulted in case of disputes arising from the administration contracts
7   Ability to explain arbitration on administration contracts

11 Disputes arising from the implementation of the contract
12 The officer judicial branch of disputes arising from the contract and the arbitration
