Course Objective

Coaching the people who will be in the jurisdiction system, by explaining the issues such as acknowledgement of the criminal, psychological illumination of the criminal law concepts, prevent of the lack of jurisdiction, renovation of the criminal.

1   Being able to express the position of the juristic psychology in the psychology
2   Being able to identify the conditions effecting the ability to culpa
3   Being able to explain the psychology of the evidences as a proof activity
4   Being able to analyze the criminal and convicted people

1 The purpose of the juristical psychology
2 The categories and the position of the juristic psycology in the psychology
3 The method at the juristical psychology
4 The psychology of the criminal
5 Psychological balance (will and conscious) and the ability to culpa
6 The condiitons effecting the ability to culpa (excitiment, mental illness, using drugs...etc )
7 The classification of the criminals from different perspectives
8 The psychology of the actors of the criminal juristiction (judge,defendant, victim )
9 The psychology of evidence (witness, psychological explanation of the written evidences)
10 Psychology of the sentenced
11 General informations about the criminal execution
12 The element of renovation in the sentence
13 Psychologic explanation of the sentences, psychological informations about the criminal execution
14 Midterm
15 Final
