Course Objective |
Aim of the course is to continue the teaching French equivalents of the basic concepts of law and institutions, which started to teach from first grade. In this context, French legal terminology is gained to students who choose this course by examining national and international / supranational decisions of judicial authorities example of the French language, firstly the French Council of State (Conseil d'Etat) and the French Constitutional Council (Conseil Constitutionnel) as well as; the Swiss Federal Court, the European Court of Human Rights, the Court of Justice of the European Union, etc. Also begins to examine the impact of Law of the Council of Europe and the European Union in the context of human rights law texts in French law to national laws. |
