Course Objective

The aim of course; to give to the students at the undergraduate level Informations about faith of relations, what arising they on the death of a natural person and relating to private and inheritance law. Especially intending basic concepts and principles of the law of inheritance and targeting basic information about entitlement of inheritance, testamentary disposition, authory and limits of deceased person's dispose on his estate.

Learning Outcomes of the Course Unit

1   Be able to determine definitions, resources and and prevailling principles of law of inheritance.
2   Be able to identfy problems that may have emerged in the field of law of inheritance.
3   Be able to analyze Problems of law of inheritance lights of prevailling principles from this field.
4   Be able to decide corecctly disputes that arise in the field of inheritance law, which is the rule of law to implement by means of comments.
5   Be able to examination scientific studies, given the judicial decisions and legislation in law of inheritance.
6   Be able to criticizing aspects of inheritance law can contribute to the field.
7   Be able to evaluate current developments in the field of inheritance law within framework prevailling principles and underlying their historical, social, and economic reasons.
